1. Booking & Reservation
By booking a room at Hotel Sonar Bangla, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid Government ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in to ensure a secure environment for all.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the front desk 24 hours in advance for such requests.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's stay. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund, and the reservation will be released.
4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. Smoking in non-smoking rooms and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may lead to immediate eviction without refund and potential legal action.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We encourage guests to review these periodically.
